Our Reopening Guide

Dear customers,

In order to always provide you with safe and attentive customer service as our stores gradually reopen, we have put many measures in place that allow us to ensure your health and that of our employees. We have fully complied with the public heath guidelines provided by the federal and provincial governments.

Our team remains at your disposal during these exceptional circumstances and we would like to sincerely thank you for the support that you have shown us.
 

Some of these measures could slow down service or cause waiting times. We will try to minimize their impact on your in-store experience. Your understanding and cooperation make a difference, and we are very grateful. Accompanied by our staff, we’re moving forward, motivated by the same passion to serve, to be bold, and to innovate.

Here are some of the measures:
 

Limiting the number of customers allowed in each store according to the store's size.

Complying with the 2-metre social distancing guideline at all times while moving around the store and in the waiting areas. In certain places, posters and signage on the floor have been installed to direct traffic and remind everyone of social distancing guidelines and the sanitary measure taken.

Delineating well-defined waiting areas at the entrance, cash registers, fitting rooms, and customer service.

Sanitizing your hands is mandatory at the entrance and exit of the store. Disinfecting stations have also been installed at each of our cash registers, at main service points, and at appropriate areas in store.

Increasing the frequency with which all surfaces are cleaned and disinfected by our janitorial service and our employees.

We encourage customers to minimize touching merchandise as much as possible while shopping throughout the store.

Limiting the number of customers allowed in the fitting rooms. The fitting rooms will be disinfected before and after each customer. 

Our tailoring services are limited to basic alterations. The service times may be longer than usual.

We ask you to please use the elevator one family at a time in order to comply with social distancing guidelines. A disinfecting station has also been installed for your use.

Protective acrylic partitions have been installed at cash registers. 

Credit and debit cards are the preferred payment method.

Contactless payment is authorized up to $250 for credit cards and $100 for Interac.

If you are a member of The Simons, you have the option of a receiving an electronic receipt.

We have reduced our store opening hours.
