Free Ship-to-Store Service

You can have your online order shipped to the store location of your choice free of charge. It usually takes 4 to 7 business days. You'll receive an email when your package has arrived at the store and is ready to be picked up. A photo ID will be required when you come to collect your order.

Please note: Online-only items cannot be shipped to store and can only be returned online. The double-the-points promotion is for a limited time and excludes direct orders.

We encourage you to bring your reusable bags with you. There are fees for our bags in store in an effort to reduce our environmental footprint.

Free Shipping on Purchases of Can$50 or More* for The Simons Members

Free shipping on purchases of Can$75 or more* for non-members.

This offer is valid only in Canada on merchandise ordered via the website and excludes taxes and gift cards. A Can$10 shipping fee will be applied to orders with a value below the amount required to take advantage of the free shipping offer.

*A shipping surcharge may apply to certain items based on their size, weight, storage location, or destination, for example. These fees are independent of the free shipping offer.

Orders can be shipped using different shipping companies and are delivered across Canada. You choose the address that works best for you (your home, office, or the home of a friend or family member) and we do the rest!

We are currently working with three carriers: Canada Post, Nationex, and Intelcom.* To ensure the best possible experience, our web-based ordering system automatically determines the carrier that will provide the most efficient service.

Once your order has been shipped, you can track it using the tracking number included in the shipping confirmation.

Please note that orders cannot be shipped to P.O. boxes.

*Different shipping companies may be used to ship online-only items. Please note that these items are only available for home delivery.

For the ship-to-store service, it should also normally take 4 to 7 business days.

• Your bag contains no other items.

Delivery times for certain online-only items may be longer.
