This contest is reserved for Canadian members of The Simons and ends on July 30, 2026. The draw will be held on August 3, 2026. One (1) winner will win a trip to Toronto to attend a concert of their choice at RBC Amphitheatre, as well as:
1. One (1) pair of economy class round-trip plane tickets and a 2-night hotel stay;
2. One (1) pair of VIP tickets to a concert of your choice at RBC Amphitheatre (subject to availability).* Includes a merch package and a dining experience in one of the lounges;

VIP CONCERT EXPERIENCE IN TORONTO
IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ THESE RULES (THE "RULES") BEFORE ENTERING THE "VIP CONCERT EXPERIENCE IN TORONTO" CONTEST (THE "CONTEST") PRESENTED BY LA MAISON SIMONS INC. (THE "SPONSOR"). BY ENTERING THIS CONTEST, PARTICIPANTS CONFIRM THAT THEY MEET ALL ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS SET OUT IN THESE RULES AND AGREE TO BE UNCONDITIONALLY BOUND BY THESE RULES AND BY ALL DECISIONS OF THE SPONSOR, WHICH SHALL BE FINAL AND BINDING IN ALL MATTERS RELATING TO THE CONTEST.
1. CONTEST PERIOD
The Contest begins at midnight (EDT) on July 2, 2026, and ends at 11:59 p.m. (EDT) on July 30, 2026 (the "Contest Period").
2. ELIGIBILITY
2.1. The Contest is only open to members of The Simons loyalty program who are legal residents of Canada and who have reached the age of majority in their province or territory of residence.
2.2. Excluded are employees, representatives, and agents of the Sponsor, their affiliated companies, advertising and promotional agencies, as well as any persons residing with the foregoing and their immediate family (father, mother, brothers, sisters, and children).
3. HOW TO ENTER
3.1. No purchase necessary.
3.2. All members of The Simons loyalty program are automatically entered into the Contest. No further action is required.
3.3. Anyone who signs up for The Simons loyalty program during the Contest Period will be added to the list of participants. It is free to become a member of the program.
3.4. No automated entry device, robot, or other program or software is permitted to enter the Contest. The Sponsor cannot be held responsible for late, lost, misdirected, incomplete, or corrupt entries, which may be rejected and will not entitle the entrant to participate in the Contest.
4. PRIZES
4.1. One (1) winner total. The prize drawn (the "Prize") consists of two (2) reserved tickets to the winner's choice of a select concert at RBC Amphitheatre in Toronto (the "Venue"), during the 2026 concert season; a merchandise package; a dining experience in one of the Venue's lounges; one (1) pair of economy class round-trip plane tickets to Toronto; two (2) nights' hotel accommodations; one (1) $400 prepaid credit card; and one (1) $1,000 Simons gift card.
4.2. The total approximative retail value of the Prize is $3,150 CAD. Parking as well as transportation to and from the airport and the Venue are not included and are the sole responsibility of winner and guest. Tickets are redeemable until December 31, 2026, or while supplies last. Blackout dates and other restrictions may apply. Not valid during sold out concerts, private parties, or non-Live Nation produced events. If winner is unable or unwilling to attend on the requested dates, the prize will be forfeited and may be awarded to an alternate winner. An unclaimed and/or unused prize element will remain the property of Live Nation. Tickets are subject to program availability, venue capacity, age, and artist restrictions. Tickets to a particular concert are not guaranteed. Selection of concert seat locations is solely within Live Nation's discretion. Ticket delivery method is at sole discretion of Live Nation which will be either sent to winner by mail, email, mobile ticketing, or placed at venue Will Call the day of the concert under the winner's name. Winner must be present to pick up tickets and a valid photo ID will be required if tickets are placed at Will Call. Winner and guest must abide by all venue and event policies, to include but not limited to, showing a valid photo ID at venue for age verification and/or identification purposes if requested. Live Nation reserves the right to revoke full or partial prize from any winner or winner's guest who it and/or venue personnel deem may, in their sole discretion, be intoxicated, be a safety risk, have violated any venue policy or law, and/or may bring Live Nation into disrepute. Winner must select concert within thirty (30) days of winning or forfeits the prize. Winner understands that there are inherent risks involved in being in public spaces and that these risks may be present before, during, and after the event. Resale or transfer of any prize element, including tickets, is prohibited. By claiming event tickets, you agree to Live Nation's Terms of Use, and to abide by the health and safety measures in effect at the time of the event. Should the event be cancelled, you will be notified as soon as reasonably possible.
For the dining experience, the winner and their guest will each receive a credit of $100 CAD per person. Round-trip plane tickets will be booked by the Sponsor based on availability and sent to the winner electronically. If air travel is not required, the winner and their guest will instead receive a prepaid credit card worth $650 CAD. Accommodations for two (2) nights in Toronto will be booked at the Sponsor's discretion, subject to availability.
4.3. Any costs or expenses not specifically mentioned above as being included in the Prize will be the responsibility of the confirmed winner.
4.4. The Prize cannot be transferred to another person, substituted for another prize, replaced or exchanged for cash, except at the Sponsor's discretion. The Prize must be accepted "AS IS", WITHOUT A GUARANTEE OF ANY KIND, either express or implicit (including, without limitations, any implied guarantee of marketability or suitableness for a particular use). Substitution of a Prize is permitted at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. In the event that a Prize cannot be awarded in accordance with these Rules, the Sponsor reserves the discretionary right to substitute this Prize with a prize of approximatively equal or greater retail value.
4.5. Under no circumstances will the Sponsor, their affiliates, subsidiaries and associated companies, advertising and promotional agencies, promotional partners, suppliers of products or services linked to the Contest, and their respective employees, officers, directors, agents, and representatives be required to award more prizes than those indicated in these Rules or to award a prize other than in accordance with these Rules.
5. WINNER SELECTION
5.1. The winner will be determined by one (1) draw on August 3, 2026.
5.2. The winner will be contacted by email and must claim their prize by responding to the email that was sent to them within a maximum of five (5) days.
5.3. If a prize has not been claimed in the five (5) days following the email, or if the Sponsor determines, at their sole discretion, that the Participant doesn't meet all the Contest conditions stated in these Rules, another draw will be held, and another participant will be selected as the potential winner. This process will be repeated until an eligible winner is declared.
5.4. To be declared a winner and claim a prize, each selected participant must meet all the requirements stated in these Rules.
5.5. The information provided by each selected participant, when they are contacted by the Sponsor, must be complete and truthful.
6. CONFIDENTIALITY
Participants' personal information is gathered by the Sponsor for the sole purpose of administering this Contest. Other informational or commercial communications on the part of the Sponsor and/or the Sponsor can be received by the participant if they agree to receive these communications by checking the appropriate box during their entry to the Contest. Concerning the communications of the Sponsor, the use of the participants' personal information will be in accordance with the Prize Sponsor's privacy policy. By participating in this Contest, the participants also accept the conditions stated in the Sponsor's Privacy Policy.
7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
7.1. By participating in the Contest, participants release and hold harmless the Sponsor, Live Nation Canada, Inc. ("Live Nation"); the Venue, their subsidiaries, affiliated and associated companies, advertising and promotional agencies, promotional partners, suppliers of products or services related to the Contest, and their respective employees, officers, directors, agents, and representatives (collectively, the "Released Parties") from any liability arising out of or related to the Contest, including, without limitation, any loss, damage, or injury related to the acceptance or use (or misuse) of the Prizes, the administration of the Contest, or the selection of winners. Participants agree to indemnify the Released Parties against any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from their participation in the Contest.
7.2. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, and for greater certainty, the Released Parties shall not be responsible for:
(i) Any incorrect or inaccurate information caused by Website users or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Contest, or by any human or technical error that may occur in the Contest entry process;
(ii) Any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, or delay in operation of the Website or any Contest-related transmission;
(iii) Any communication line failure, theft, destruction, unauthorized access to, or alteration of entries;
(iv) Any problems, failures, or malfunctions of any computer component, network, communication line, server, or software, any loss or lack of network communications, any technical issues or traffic congestion on the Internet or any website, any defective, incomplete, unintelligible, or erased transmissions by any computer or network, or any combination thereof that may limit or prevent a person from participating in the Contest;
(v) Any damage to a third party's computer related to or resulting from participation in the Contest or downloading Contest materials;
(vi) Any injury, damage, loss, or prejudice arising from participation in the Contest or from the awarding, acceptance, or use (or misuse) of a Prize.
7.3. The Released Parties shall not be held responsible if the Contest cannot proceed as planned for any reason whatsoever, including, without limitation, infection by computer viruses, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes that corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the Contest.
8. USE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
8.1. By participating in the Contest, participants consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of their personal information by the Sponsor for purposes of Contest administration, Prize fulfillment, and winner announcement, in accordance with Rule 6.1. Furthermore, by participating in the Contest, participants confirm that they comply with all terms and conditions set forth in these Rules and consent to the disclosure, publication, and use of their name, place of residence, photograph, image, voice, and statements, without compensation or notice, for advertising, marketing, and/or informational purposes, in any media or format (including the Internet), for an indefinite period and without geographic limitation, in connection with this Contest or similar future contests, and agree to sign any document related to such commitment or deemed necessary by the Sponsor.
9. GENERAL CONDITIONS
9.1. Decisions. Any decision made by the Sponsor or its representatives regarding this Contest is final and binding.
9.2. Ownership. All entry forms, declaration forms, and other documents submitted to the Sponsor in connection with the Contest (collectively, the "Entry Documents") become the property of the Sponsor upon submission and will not be returned to participants and/or winners under any circumstances.
9.3. Verification. Entry Documents are subject to verification by the Sponsor. Any Entry Document that is incomplete, illegible, unintelligible, mutilated, fraudulent, submitted or received late, containing an invalid email address or phone number, or otherwise non-compliant shall be void and will not entitle the participant to enter the Contest.
9.4. Disqualification. The Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel the Entry of any participant or disqualify a participant from the Contest and/or exclude them from any future contest or promotion held by the Sponsor if:
(i) they fail to comply with any of these Rules;
(ii) they enter or attempt to enter the Contest using any means contrary to these Rules or unfair to other participants (for example: use of automated equipment to enter the Contest, hacking, exceeding the permitted number of entries, etc.);
(iii) they are suspected of directly or indirectly tampering with the Contest process or making false statements.
9.5. Conduct of the Contest. Any attempt by a participant or any other person to deliberately damage any element related to the Contest, including without limitation the Contest Website, corrupt the entry process, or undermine the legitimate operation of the Contest constitutes a violation of civil and criminal laws. Should such attempts be made, the Sponsor reserves the right to reject the entry of the individual concerned, refer the matter to the appropriate legal authorities, and seek remedies under applicable laws.
9.6. Identification of Participant. For the purposes of these Rules, the participant is the person whose contact information appears on the entry form. The Sponsor reserves the right to require proof of identity before awarding any Prize.
9.7. Website Operation. The Sponsor does not guarantee in any way that the Contest Website or any linked website will be accessible or functional without interruption during the Contest Period or that it will be free of errors.
9.8. Modification of the Contest. The Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend, in whole or in part, the Contest at any time should any event or human intervention occur that could corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Contest as provided in these Rules.
9.9. Termination of Participation. If, for any reason, the computer system is unable to record all Contest entries during the Contest Period, or if participation in the Contest must end in whole or in part before the scheduled end date set out in these Rules, the draw may be conducted, at the Sponsor's discretion, among all eligible entries received during the Contest Period or, as applicable, up to the date of the event that terminated participation in the Contest.
9.10. Communication with Participants. No communication or correspondence will be exchanged with participants except in accordance with these Rules or as part of the administration of the Contest, at the Sponsor's initiative, unless participants have otherwise consented.
9.11. Severability. If any provision of these Rules is declared or deemed illegal, unenforceable, or void by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be considered void, but all other provisions not affected shall remain enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.
9.12. Language. In the event of any discrepancy between the French and English versions of these Rules, where a French version is available, the English version shall prevail.
9.13. Gender. The masculine gender is used without discrimination solely for the purpose of simplifying the text.
9.14. Governing Law. The Contest is governed and interpreted exclusively in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Live Nation Canada Inc. and the Venue are each not a Sponsor of the Contest and are in no way responsible for the administration of the Contest, the verification of winners, or the fulfillment of prizing. All inquiries regarding the Contest should be directed to Sponsor. Live Nation is a registered trademark of Live Nation Worldwide, Inc.
