In Store

The Simons Loyalty Program Earn 2x the points on an in-store purchase made the very same day when you return an online order to the store

Exchange or refund? The choice is yours.

1 - Bring the item you purchased online to a store.
2 - Present the original receipt, shipping confirmation email, or your order details found in your account.
3 - Have the same card you used to make the purchase with you.

That's all there is to it!

Please note that online-only items can only be returned via our website.

For non-members, a fee of Can$9.99 plus tax will be applied to each return request.

It's easy: just submit a return request online and receive a QR code. Next, present the code at your local Canada Post counter along with the purchases you wish to return. You may also use the printable return label included in the confirmation email for your return request.

**A return surcharge may apply to items based on their size, weight, storage location, or the distance they must travel. These fees are independent of the free returns offer for members and are in addition to the Can$9.99 base fee for non-members.

Return Policy


If you are not fully satisfied with the items you purchased, you may return them in their original condition and receive a full refund, except in the situations mentioned below.

Items bought during the holiday season can be returned until January 31, 2025, as long as they are in their original condition.

Shipping fees are non-refundable. The same is true for shipping surcharges applied to certain items based on their size, weight, storage location, or destination.

Online Returns

Members of our loyalty program, The Simons, enjoy free returns (excluding the applicable surcharges for certain items) across Canada.
For non-members, a fee of Can$9.99 plus tax (excluding the applicable surcharges for certain items) will be applied to each return request.

Return surcharges: A surcharge may apply to certain items based on their size, weight, storage location, or the distance they must travel. These fees are independent of the free returns offer for members and are in addition to the Can$9.99 base fee for non-members. If surcharges apply, it will be indicated in the item's product description. The total fees will appear when placing the return request and will depend on the items selected and the number of units returned.

Excessive returns: To ensure our customers always have a smooth and enjoyable shopping experience, we monitor return activities. In case of excess returns or fraud, we reserve the right to apply a 20% restocking fee, or to limit or refuse a return request. If a restocking fee is applied, you will receive a notification when your return request is created.

For members and non-members alike, online return requests totalling less than Can$10 before taxes will not be accepted.

Regularly priced items must be returned within 30 days of receiving your order.

Items on sale must be returned within 10 days.

The Simons members enjoy an extension for the return of regularly priced items according to their tier.

Refund Procedure

All refunds are processed using the same payment method that was used during the initial transaction. The funds are transferred within 3 days of the confirmation of the refund. When returning a gift, the reimbursement will be in the form of a virtual gift card.
