In Store

Excludes direct orders and online-only items

Returns are always free of charge in all our stores.

Exchange or refund? The choice is yours.

1 - Bring the item you purchased online to a store.
2 - Present the original receipt.
3 - Have the same card you used to make the purchase with you.

That's all there is to it!

Please note that online-only items can only be returned via our website.

Online

The Simons Loyalty Program | Members enjoy free returns.

For non-members, a fee of Can$9.99 plus tax will be applied to each return request.

It's easy: just submit a return request online and receive a QR code. Next, present the code at your local Canada Post counter along with the purchases you wish to return. You may also use the printable return label included in the confirmation email for your return request.

**A return surcharge may apply to items based on their size, weight, or the distance they must travel. These fees are independent of the free returns offer for members and are in addition to the Can$9.99 base fee for non-members.

If you are not fully satisfied with the items you purchased, you may return them in their original state and receive a full refund, except in the situations mentioned below.

Shipping fees are non-refundable. The same is true for shipping surcharges applied to certain items based on their size, weight, or destination.

Online Returns

Members of our loyalty program, The Simons, enjoy free returns (excluding the applicable surcharges for certain items) across Canada.
For non-members, a fee of Can$9.99 plus tax (excluding the applicable surcharges for certain items) will be applied to each return request.

Return surcharges: A surcharge may apply to certain items based on their size, weight, or the distance they must travel. These fees are independent of the free returns offer for members and are in addition to the Can$9.99 base fee for non-members. If surcharges apply, it will be indicated in the item's product description. The total fees will appear when placing the return request and will depend on the items selected and the number of units returned.

For members and non-members alike, online return requests totalling less than Can$10 before taxes will not be accepted.

Regularly priced items must be returned within 30 days of receiving your order.
Items on sale must be returned within 10 days.
The Simons members enjoy an extension for the return of regularly priced items according to their tier.

In-Store Returns

Items purchased online may be exchanged or refunded at any of our store locations, except for online-only items. In order to facilitate the transaction, please have the original receipt in hand as well as the item you wish to return.

Regularly priced items must be returned within 30 days of receiving your order.
Items on sale must be returned within 10 days.
The Simons members enjoy an extension for the return of regularly priced items according to their tier.

Items purchased in store can only be exchanged or refunded in store.

Exceptions

Certain specified items are not eligible for returns in store or online because of their weight, size, or the nature of their content.

Gift cards and additional gift boxes are non-refundable.

Online-only items, with the exception of those identified as ineligible for a return, can be returned, but only via our website.

Refund Procedure

All refunds are processed using the same payment method that was used during the initial transaction. The funds are transferred within 3 days of the confirmation of the refund. When returning a gift, the reimbursement will be in the form of a virtual gift card.
