The Simons is the rewards program from Simons designed to thank our customers for their loyalty. It allows customers to earn points that can be redeemed for rewards cards and lets them enjoy tons of extra perks.
No. It's free to join and no purchase is required. Anyone aged 14 or older can become a member of The Simons. Those below the age of majority in their province or territory must obtain permission from a parent or guardian before joining the program.

You can join The Simons loyalty program for free just by creating an account. This can be done:

Once this is done, simply show your The Simons membership card when making a purchase at a Simons store or sign into your account when shopping online at simons.ca. For each dollar spent, 1 point will be added to your account within 48 hours.

You can see your points and your tier level by signing into simons.ca and going to "My Simons Rewards." Your tier depends on your total annual purchases: Enthusiasts - from Can$1 to Can$999, Connoisseurs - from Can$1,000 to Can$3,999, and Insiders - Can$4,000 and up.
Each November, you will be sent your rewards card by email and it will be automatically added to your account online. If no email address is listed in your profile, you will be sent your rewards card by mail. Your invitation to exclusive contests and VIP events will be sent via email.
Once your enrolment is complete, you can access your virtual membership card in your online account. When you sign in on your smartphone, you'll be able to show and use your card right away. Our in-store team can also access your profile to link it to your transactions. If you choose this second option, all you'll need to do is provide them with the information associated with your account when the time comes.
As per our sustainability values, we are no longer distributing physical cards. We would also like to encourage you to avoid printing your virtual card. Thank you for helping us to make our world a little greener!
You can use your The Simons membership card each time you make a purchase in store or online at simons.ca.
If you own a smartphone, you can access your account and use your virtual membership card. Otherwise, a sales associate can access your profile in store and award you points for your purchases. If you make a purchase and are not awarded any points keep your receipt and show it along with your The Simons card at a Simons Customer Service Department. Please note that you have 30 days to collect your points.
A virtual version of your membership card is always available in your online account. Our in-store team can also access your profile to link it to your transactions if you so request. No, not unless your The Simons account remains inactive for 36 consecutive months. Each November, for all activate profiles, points are converted into a rewards card amounting to Can$10 for the first 500 points and Can$1 for each additional 50 points rounded down to the nearest dollar. If the minimum amount of 500 points required for a rewards card is not reached, all unused points will be carried over to the following year as long as there is at least one transaction every 36 months.
