Sizing down recommended for Adrian loafers
But for the loafers I went size 7 cos they don’t have laces to tighten and docs run a little big anyway. It’s still a struggle to put them on but now that they’re broken in they don’t hurt at all when wearing. I’d suggest downsizing if you feel uncomfortable with the slipping.

Sizing and durability experience with Adrian loafers
I have put a decent amount of wear into them, but maybe not perhaps as much as I would’ve liked. They are still holding up very well though, not too loose. Take into account though I have a relatively high instep and a few other things with my feet that might cause the shoes to fit me this particular way. In my experience, doc boots usually run larger than their loafers do.
