Originality to the tips of your toes. When they founded their design studio dedicated to creating accessible floor covering solutions, François Palmer and Jean-François Rousseau embarked on an eco-friendly mission: to reclaim and transform carpet scraps. Trained as industrial designers, the pair won the new talent award at the Grands Prix du Design in 2008 and, fueled by the interest they had garnered from design and architecture crowds, their initiative became bigger than they had ever dreamed it would. In 2010, the duo won even more awards for their products featuring digitally cut patterns. Today, their ultra-modern rugs and mats are loved for their innovative design and sophisticated, yet refreshing, aesthetic.
