La pincée is the brainchild of two creatives, Catherine de Gongre and François Maisonneuve, who started dreaming by adding their own grain of salt. Since 2012, they have developed a nose for and expertise in developing original and delicious spice blends in their own image. What's their secret recipe? The magic that comes from textures, flavours, colours and wonderful combinations. The founders leave nothing to chance, meticulously curating every ingredient and their origins-preferably local. Classique No.1: Fine and fancy salt (100 g): a richly textured blend with notes of thyme and freshly ground spices
Poivrée No. 2: Fine & fancy pepper (70 g): a finely ground and crushed black pepper seed blend paired with an aromatic blend of freshly ground herbs and spices
Sucrée No. 3: Fine & fancy sugar, vanilla and lavender flowers (70 g): lightly salted and crunchy sugar blend with balanced notes of vanilla pod, lavender flowers and cayenne pepper
Été No. 7: Fine & fancy blend for salads and starters (45 g): a blend of freshly ground herbs and spices with flax and hemp seeds to add texture and a nutty taste to all your salads and dressings
Plumée No. 9: Essential blend for poultry and wild fowl (50 g): a rich and comforting blend of unique flavours with dominant tarragon notes and a hint of cardamom
