It's a Simon's brand and a lot of it is fast fashion. I haven't been to one in a while, so take this with a grain of salt. The one on rue Sainte-Catherine had things like KJP knock-off bracelets, thin and overly-detailed denim, but they also had a lot of basics - undershirts, socks, underwear. The clothes fit fairly slim - I'm sure there are exact measurements in the online store. They seem to be of okay quality, but the quality-to-price ratio isn't what I'd consider good. Depending on what you're looking for, you'd probably be able to find a better quality, comparably priced item with a bit of shopping around.

I’m not OP but I’ve seen some similar ones from the brand Simons. They have some great prints, and their “Migratory Bird Jacquard Tie” from their house brand Le31 and their “Duck Pattern Burgandy Tie” from Atkinsons look similar, although the former is available in more colour options.
