So I initially bought a Large-sized off-white one when they went on sale back home in the UK, got it shipped to the US and thought it was too baggy and long - I washed that one and ran it through the dryer and that one didn't shrink at all. So when they dropped on the US Adidas site I ended up buying a Medium one, which *did* fit perfectly. However after washing and drying it became a ***crop-top*** hahaha!!

Insight into retail quality variations
here's a fun fact: it has the square, blue originals neck tag which means it was specifically sold at one of the big box retail giants that carry the brand such as Nordstrom, Bloomingdales, etc. I know that doesn't narrow it down much. Typically the shirts found at Champs, footlocker, etc will be screen printed tags and manufactured by a third party on behalf of adidas, rather than in an adidas operated factory. side note: I call this the "outlet theorum". brands whore their names out to 3rd party producers and sell them in their branded stores at outlet locations as "authentic". And even though it technically is, it is far from the quality of their self produced products. This subreddit typically has about a 3rd of its contributions from individuals looking for such product as well so we all get to see a broader spectrum of adidas product. Sorry for the informational rant

Suggestion to buy original from factory outlet
Visit an adidas factory outlet and you should be able to buy the real stuff at huge discounts. I got an Adidas Originals tshirt worth 2000 for 300 after discounts in 2017. I still wear that tshirt at home and it has just now shown signs of wear and tear. Kalindi Kunj has one factory outlet for adidas and many other brands. I think theres some factory outlets in Ghitorni too but i dont know if adidas has one there. There used to be 3 adidas factory outlets in Mahipalpur but they all closed down for some reason way before covid.
