Occasional ride-up is fixed by re-tensioning the side ties, which adjust while worn, not by sizing down; double-knotting and bowing the ends resists slipping, and care means rinsing after every swim, hand washing cold without bleach or wringing, and drying flat in shade, since hand washing preserves the spandex that gives the four-way stretch its snap-back. The nylon-spandex blend is the mix recycling handles worst, so it cuts virgin nylon without closing the loop.
