this pillow is a game changer. I am a side sleeper with chronic back and arm pains. The morning headaches are gone and waking up changing positions because of pains are all gone. somehow, the venders promises of the benefits of this pillow are right. The pillow does gradually decrease in size after a few nights as promised and my head is not feeling over-heated. good job folks of being clear on the benefits of this pillow.
