Horrible online shopping experience
The sweater is fine but my online shopping experience was beyond terrible. First, my sweater was shipped incorrectly and it wasn’t until my fifth phone call to Simons as well as multiple calls to the courier before this was sorted out. None of this was my error and yet I spent close to five hours of my time trying to sort things out. I will not order online from Simons again.

Stunning Quality and Colour
This is a high-quality cardigan with a stunning colour. I wanted something that would hit at the hip level for a flattering look because I have a short torso, and it fits perfectly. I normally wear small when buying regular size fit, but in this case, I had to get extra small since it fits large.
