I own a pair, and they are my favorite jeans; however, I would recommend finding a place to try them on first. There is such a variety of cuts that I probably tried 10 or more pairs before I came close to finding one that fit correctly. I carry my weight in my butt and thighs and the Kimmie cut worked for me, but two sizes smaller than I would have guessed. I ordered the Kimmie cut in white online, and the white were so much tighter than my dark wash pair that I am back to my normal size. That being said, the material and construction are fabulous, and the cut is very flattering.

Critique of Sevens construction and value
I used to wear Sevens. The construction is definitely not superior to other brands. They use a faux flat felled seam for the inseam, as opposed to actually folding over the denim to an actual felled seam. Even $40 Levi's do that. The bar tacks are not very hefty. Stitching comes in at about 7 SPI (stitches per inch), which is pretty loose. Quality raw denim brands are up near 9-11. There's really no craftsmanship that would justify the price, so you are paying for the name.

7 jeans are made to be hemmed
I feel like no one in these comments actually wears 7, they are TOO LONG it’s not a preference; they are 100% made to be hemmed to whatever length you like, like many other premium brands for 2 reasons: # 1 because they don’t mass produce as much as cheap brands #2 allows for exact tailoring

Black straight-leg corduroys wore out quickly
My favorite pair of pants were these slate black straight-leg corduroys from 7. They fit me perfectly and they were super comfortable. HOWEVER, the material was incredibly cheap. If you wash them more than a handful of times, the dye will wash out and the material will begin to fall apart. The stripes on my cords began to pill and the white cross-stitched threads began to show. Edit. I also had a pair of regular jeans from 7, they fell apart within the year from regular use. Namely, the back pocket wore through just from sitting on my car seat every day.
