Good bag, poor quality control
I ordered two of these bags, one as a gift. One of the bags I received was defective, having the buckle sewn on backwards, so it rubs on clothing and is hard to adjust. It even arrived with a tag on it that said "as is: buckle backwards. " Why would Simon's send a defective product in an online order at full price? Why would Simon's sell a defective product at all? Extremely disappointed. The non-defective bag is fine--spacious and has lots of pockets. Just make sure you buy it in store so you don't receive a defective one!
