Critique of Chimi lens quality compared to Ray Ban
Bought a pair in stockholm. IMO the glass/lens is the weak link of the glasses, the first pair (Gradient) blocked zero light. Second darker pair blocks light well, but the quality of my friends Ray Ban Polarized seems higher. Still absolutely usable and look great but at some point I wonder if i can have a lens shop grind me some new lenses for these

Just bought some Chimi in the NYC store. Pleasantly surprised in quality and fit and finish. Blows Warby out of the water at a similar price point. Acetate is heavy and premium, and the hinges feel solid and slightly stiff (in a good way, like a Mercedes door). They look and feel high quality.
