For some unknown reason, I was having a painful reaction to some of my previously comfortable sterling silver earrings. I gave these a try after rubbing earlobes and the new earring posts with polysporin. Perfect! I wear 24/7 with no issue. The only concern I have is that the clasp loosens sometimes so once or twice a day I check to make sure it is snug in the groove.
