Recent 9twenty quality decline and customer complaints
Shrinkflation happened. I ordered 3 new 9twenty's directly from New Era in June and received the new, crappy cheap design. I paid $80 bucks for three thank you for participating caps. I was pissed and returned them. I wrote a letter to customer service protesting the changes and the guy said he was sending the many complaints directly to management.
