Zero-star experience with returns and customer service
Zero stars if I could. Ordered bags. They took a long time to come. They were 7 out of 10 quality. Needed to return some of my order because they were too small. I was going to keep two out of five items. I wrote them. This is their policy. You must write them before returning anything. They wanted photos of the bags I hadn’t even taken out of the tissue yet.
