No delivery, very disappointing service
Item has still not been delivered, zero response to customer service requests by email, no link to tracking provided. There was a $50 surcharge paid for delivery of this item, yet still not resolved.
Couleur trompeuse
Je suis vraiment déçue parce que les photos et la description sont assez trompeuses concernant la couleur. Il est écrit que c'est beige et les photos vont en ce sens. Mais, en réalité, les carreaux plus épais sont gris. Il est quand même beau, mais ce n'est pas ce que je voulais.
