For wide feet I'd go with a 9. I had these and I went TTS and they fit perfectly. (D width feet) But honestly, I'd save for the Paraboots if I were you.

Sizing experience: narrow fit and heel slip
Padror size 42 - were very narrow and squishing my toes, so I returned them. Padror size 43 - fit perfectly with thicker socks, but I have some heel slippage with thinner ones. Will keep these ones as I don't really plan to wear them during summer so I will have to do with thicker socks. Truth be told, 42.5 would have been spot on, unfortunately, no half sizes for Kleman.
