I think the sizes are approximate because I, on the contrary, had to take one size smaller. On the other hand, the quality is terrible... It stinks, the sleeves are shorter than the length of the sweatshirt, the hoods are small, the items are thin while CP Company has a minimum thickness. The logos are well done, however, and the t-shirts too.
