The napkins are sadly rough type of cotton. Washing them and trying to soften them did not work. I have other colour cotton napkins from another source that are very soft napkins.

En coton et facile d’entretien. Note: certaines personnes trouveront qu’elles ont besoin de repassage mais moi, je ne repasse jamais, alors elles me conviennent!
Serviettes de table monochromes en coton
Ces serviettes sont idéales car j’apprécie le coton. Contrairement à celles-ci, les serviettes en synthétique n’absorbent pas et essuient mal. La couleur est parfaite, seul petit hic: elles sont froissées après le lavage mais c’est normal. Un petit coup de fer et c’est réglé ou bien on laisse faire.
On s’attend à mieux chez Simons
C’est très dommage car le tissu est beau pour un usage de tous les jours mais elles sont taillées tellement croche, c’en est gênant. Jusqu’à 4 à 5 pouces de défaut de taillage!! Pas acceptable pour moi. Je les ai retournées.

The fabric and colour of these navy napkins were just right but I have to say that the shape of a lot of them is well out of square. Of 12 napkins two are so wonky they couldn't be folded properly so maybe useful in a bread basket and the other 10 had about 6 very good and 4 also slightly wonky. Good for every day but not special.
