Order never received and poor customer service from Great Jones
I ordered two baking sheets for a Christmas present and haven't received them. FedEx is a black hole with no estimated delivery date. Great Jones replied to my inquiry with an auto-response that their five-member team can't handle the orders and response time is 7 to 14 days. Haven't heard a word. Order is going on three weeks. Took my money with no product delivered and no communication. I finally filed a complaint with my state's AG tonight. Run far from this company.

I had aluminum sheets, too much work, I bough great jones holy sheet pans and they’re non stick and dishwasher safe (though the larger ones are a stretch to fit in). Amazing - heavy pans with nice even cooking and easy to clean
