Too much hassle
3 pieces came damaged. There was a slip in the package to contact the manufacturer for defects. I contacted them but apparently the pieces that needed replacement were too fragile to ship on their own. They told me to contact the vendor for replacement. I contacted Simons and was given information to return the product. They do not offer exchanges so i would have to return and re-order. They provided a return label for UPS and information for a UPS pickup. I tried setting up the UPS pickup but they are trying to charge me for the pickup. The package is heavy and not something I will be able to manage to bring to a drop off location myself. I am going to contact Simons again tomorrow but this has been too much hassle for what it is worth. Not to mention the shipping surcharge i paid for it to be delivered and get damaged in the process. They told me they would waive the shipping surcharge again if I plan to re-order but at this point im not sure if its worth it to re-order
