Product Insights
The Hortus Wallpaper Strip by Artza & Co. delivers a soft matte mural look with a raised grain that mimics canvas weave and scatters light without plastic glare, while its 6-mil vinyl texture masks dents, holes, scuffs, and seams for a flawless finish. Overlap seams hide and an included smoother ensures bubble-free installation, with panel heights matching ceiling to avoid splicing. However, this canvas effect is designed for smooth or lightly textured walls only; heavy textures like stucco, knockdown, or popcorn risk adhesion failure, and even fine orange peel may not guarantee adhesion, making wall compatibility the key tradeoff for achieving the seamless, durable result.

- Sizing
- Sold in four panel heights—48, 98, 108, and 120 inches—with a 25-inch total width and 24.5 inches of visible coverage after the 0.5-inch seam overlap, so shoppers can match ceiling height and calculate the exact number of panels needed.
- Surface tolerance
- 6-mil canvas texture hides minor dents and nail holes.
- Ceiling height matching
- 98-in panel fits 8-ft walls; 120-in fits 10-ft ceilings no splice

- Texture compatibility
- Fine orange peel may work; heavy textures not recommended; adhesion not guaranteed.
- Seam technique
- Opaque vinyl and included smoother make overlap seams invisible and easy for first-timers.
- Coverage calculation
- Each 25-inch panel covers 24.5 inches after overlap.
- High-traffic resilience
- 6-mil commercial-grade canvas texture masks scuffs, dents, and wall flaws, while matte finish avoids glare.
- Peel-and-stick format
- The Hortus Wallpaper Strip is a peel-and-stick adhesive vinyl wallpaper that is easy to install and remove.
- Floral pattern
- The wallpaper has a soft floral pattern in soft natural tones on a canvas-like texture that reads as a soft mural rather than a flat print.
- Pattern repeat
- The pattern repeat is 24.5 inches by 24.5 inches, and panels install left to right with a 0.5-inch overlap built into the 25-inch width; align each panel to a pencil guide ½ inch from the previous panel's edge, then nudge up or down until the repeat lines up.
- Repositionability and clean removal
- The panels are fully repositionable during installation—you can peel and reapply them as many times as needed to fine-tune alignment—and once smoothed and set they hold securely and remove cleanly; clean removal is conditional on smooth, clean, dry, non-porous surfaces, and freshly painted walls should cure at least 14 days before installation.
