You also make a very good point about the dark wax in M + G; that could get annoying especially if one is really into the vibe of sitting and watching the dancing flame. That said. I have bought Otto and Leather and am sure I will continue to buy this brand, regardless.

Keep in mind that the leather candle from M&G doesn't really smell like leather. It's much more of a sandalwood scent. Still nice, but not what I was personally hoping for.
