Je ne regrette pas d'avoir encouragé un détaillant québécois, mais je trouve quand même l'écart de prix très grand, compte tenu en plus de la qualité qui serait encore meilleure sur celle achetée sur Amazon. Et les deux sont faites en Chine. . .

Après voir lavé sous délicat et séché par culbutage comme indication sur la boîte, il est apparu des taches comme des gouttelettes sur le tissus qui ne disparaissent pas et pourtant je l’ai lavée seule. Avez-vous des solutions pour ça ou ce serait un défaut dans le tissus? J’adore quand même ma taie d’oreiller mais pour le prix que j’ai payé ($97 en tout) j’aurais aimé qu’elle ait l’air neuve sans taches…

J'ai acheté tous mes cadeaux des Fêtes chez Simons, tardivement, en deux heures tout au plus, dans le confort de la maison alors que dehors, tempête! Livraison très rapide, plein de temps pour emballer, et J'en ai reçus de plaisants commentaires, exprimés après un verre de mousseux, pas plus, et qui avaient des accents touchants de sincérité, pas du genre Ah! j'en avais pas. Au cours de mon travail de concepteur de produits de bâtiment, en 25 ans j'ai consulté des milliers et des milliers de sites commerciaux. J'en connais un bout sur la convivialité et la qualité des sites internet. Je suis sensible à la fonctionalité (est-ce qu'on se perd, ou cherche les pitons; l'organisation des divers éléments est-elle raisonnée, logique; les descriptions de produits sont-elles à la fois exhaustives, succinctes, crédibles) mais pas seulement. Pour moi l'esthétique, le graphisme, la mise en page, les couleurs, sont tout aussi importante. Selon cette perspective, je place le site Simons tout en haut des milliers que j'ai visités. La recherche de l'excellence, c'est beau à voir en c' est vraiment beau à voir!
