Fine pillow
I wouldn't call this semi firm. It is very firm and works fine for a side sleeper. I feel I have to fluff it in the middle of the night as it packs down to a firm pillow. Almost too firm. Regardless, we are keeping them even if they aren't perfect.

Best for side-sleepers
I bought both the Royal Plus pillow and the Natural Bia Pillow Adjustable Support. The Royal Plus is the clear winner for side sleeping. The feathers so far have not moved around on me during sleep, probably due to the core being firm and my head pressing against it. Its nice not having to adjust the pillow to reinforce my neck support. This pillow is quite a bit lighter than the Natural Bia Adjustable, so at first before having used it, I was put off by this because its 10$ more expensive. It feels as light, as breathable, and as fluffy as synthetic-filled pillows and somehow this is done with feathers and down! This is a good thing. In the end, I sleep better, and this is what counts. I am now using the Natural Bia pillow as a body pillow instead because its heavy and plump.

Support parfait pour dodo sur le côté
J’ai essayé cet oreiller et l’autre qui est mi ferme des hôtels St-Germain aussi. Et j’ai préféré celui-ci pour un meilleur support pour dormir sur le côté. Je dors aussi sur le dos et l’oreiller n’est pas trop haut. En fait le truc qui fonctionne pour moi est de prendre l’oreiller plus grand afin de pouvoir ramener les plumes sous ma tête selon mon confort. L’oreiller mi ferme était bien aussi car il était facile de ramener les plumes sous ma tête. Mais elles ne restaient pas en place et « s’affaissait » trop pour moi. Par contre, mon chum a choisi celle-là. Cela dépend vraiment de chacun.

Nothing like the hotel
I purchased these pillows after staying in a hotel that claimed to use themamd having a fantastic sleep. The pillows I received are nothing like the ones in the hotel. Mine flatten down at the neck line leaving no support and I end up with kinks in my neck. It does not hold its shape. I am extremely frustrated as these pillows are an investment.

Was looking for a pillow that has firm support and unfortunately this one is not doing well. Took me a few weeks to remove strange smell coming from the pillow. Lesson learn to never buy online till you try it in a store. Well, next time I hope to do better with pillow as had to give an away this one as missing the firm support.

J’ai acheté cet oreiller car je séjourne parfois aux Hôtels le Germain. Sauf qu’à cet endroit l’oreiller est semi-ferme et il est recouvert d’une housse pour notamment aténuer l’odeur des plumes d’oies! Ces informations cruciales ne m’ont pas été fournies SAUF quand j’ai retourné mon oreiller ferme! Bref pour revivre l’expérience de l’hôtel, il faut informer le client correctement. Mon achet subséquent du modèle semi-ferme avec housse est plus satisfaisant.

This is a very nice pillow that feels very heavy, in a good way. It feels a lot more expensive than my classic 80/20 feather/down pillows that I paid the same price for. Its quite a bit heavier than the Royal Plus pillow however it is not the best for side sleeping. In the middle of the night I sometimes feel like I have to fluff it up a bit, and readjust it to get all my neck support. This pillow is now a permanent body pillow for sleeping that I sometimes use on the sofa watching tv. It is never a waste to have spare pillows around the house.. investment in one's sleep is priceless, therefore you should try all the best pillows from Simons to find your perfect fit. My perfect fit for side sleeping is the Royal Plus.

The pillows are super nice. Great quality. A little too firm for what I was looking for but I hope to used to it. I am planning to buy softer ones as well from the same collection. Love the fact that they are made in Canada.

C’est le deuxième oreiller de ce format que j’achète et je suis encore plus déçue que pour le premier achat, car il est encore plus « non ferme ». J’ai aussi le format Queen de cette gamme de produit et celui-là présente tout à fait le niveau de fermeté que je recherche. Pour des raisons personnelles je préfère toutefois un oreiller plus large tel le format King.

Good quality, but flattens out
This is a nice quality pillow, but hasn’t worked out for me as hoped. I find that it is initially comfortable, fairly firm, but soon flattens out, providing little neck support. I’m a side sleeper and this wasn’t enough cushioning for me, but it may work for someone else.

Firm but flat - do not recommend it.
Would not recommend this pillow - very disappointed. I expected firm - but it has no loft whatsoever. Will try the medium firm option next to see if that’s any better.

Definitely not the one I used at the La Germaine hotel in Toronto. Far from it. Also not as firm as it claimed on the website. For $120 I expected more but it’s not like I can return it at this point so I will just have to keep it. I wouldn’t recommend.
