This gift card may be used at any Simons store and online at www.simons.ca.
Simply present your gift card at the sales counter at the time of purchase or fill in the appropriate fields on the Web Site. When paying online with a gift card, up to 11 cards at a time can be used per transaction.
Any balance may be applied to your next purchase. This gift card can be recharged. It cannot be redeemed for cash. Any remaining balance on the card is indicated on the receipt and can be checked at any Simons sales counter or at www.simons.ca. Please note that the gift card value is always listed in Canadian dollars.
The sale of a gift card is not taxable. When a gift card is used to pay for a purchase, it is treated as a payment method similar to cash. Therefore, sales taxes must be calculated on the price of each item sold before the value of the gift card is deducted.
Gift cards are excluded from all promotions. When a minimum amount is required to apply a promotional code, this amount must be reached before taxes and shipping fees excluding the gift cards.
The traditional gift card purchased online at www.simons.ca will be delivered for free within 4 to 7 business days in Canada and within 10 business days in the United States.
