Knix absolutely sucks. Their gusset is too small, don’t have enough leak coverage, and the lining can feel rough the first couple wears. I have the dream shorts and briefs; despite the absorbency they advertise, none of them last more than a couple hours for me unless it’s the first day or last day of my period. Which is what I use them for now.

I love Knix, I wear the period panties, the regular panties, and the loungewear. I’ve owned all my period panties for 2 years now and they have all held up great. A bit looser now, but that’s both fabric/elastic stretching, and weight fluctuations. I recommend the sleep shorts, they keep me clean for an entire night of heavy flow. I honestly wear them in the day too, they’re low profile enough I can wear them under proper pants, but not leggings. If I’m working a long (10+ hour) shift at work I’ll couple a pair of heavy flow panties with a tampon, so if the tampon leaks before I can change it, I’m safe. I don’t love the feeling of working a long shift with soaked period panties, so this works for me great.
