I seldom if ever write reviews, but as the first time I am making a purchase from Simons I found this to be a frustrating endeavor. I purchased two water bottles and they were so poorly packaged that they both sustained damage in transit. Customer service was a challenge- I had to send two emails and then call. I now have to drive them to the post office to return them, and was only offered a 20% discount if I go through the process to re-order (and wait another 7 days for delivery), placing another $100+ order while I manage the return of the damaged goods on my own. Lackluster overall experience, in future I will absolutely order elsewhere.

Freesip. The 32 oz fits my car cup holder. The ice stays ice longer in my owala than my yeti and other water bottles. It doesn’t leak.

Sip mechanics are great but paint durability is weak
The sip mechanics does make it my favorite water bottle. Lots of parts to clean, easy to find replacement lids. The paint isn’t particularly strong but the steel is.

Straw makes drinking effortless and chug-like
I love that I don’t have to tip it back but don’t run into the issues I’ve had before with straw water bottles (where you try to drink and nothing comes up). The wider straw also means it feels almost like chugging even though it’s a straw.

Owala’s sealed lid is the standout feature over competitors
What makes Owala special is the lid. It's completely sealed (only Klean Kanteen can compete there, all the other straw lids flip open leaving the bottom half of the straw exposed when closed). Only need one hand to open (press the button) and it's easy to clean (a downfall with most straw lids)!

32 oz size is perfect for heavy water drinkers
If you drink a lot of water, the 24oz is not for you. You will seriously be filling it up so many times throughout the day and it gets so frustrating. The 32oz is perfect in my opinion, it’s a good size/shape so it’s not annoying to use in public or anything.

32 oz is great but doesn't fit cup holder; sip lid is easy
I have a 32 oz one and it's great because its not a tall bottle but it does not fit a cupholder. The sip lid is my favorite because drinking from it is so easy, just need to push a button and sip.
