They are made out of wood. They won't bend, will never bend with your foot as you move, especially the molded part under the strap. Besides slipping out of them and catching your arch on the back of the sandal which is agony, they can cause blisters where your foot slides in and out of the top. I remember buying a similar pair years ago walking back and forth in the store saying, I dunno, they just feel so uncomfortable. The guy said, Do you think they are cool? I said, yeah, I guess. Then he said, then that's all that should matter. Nope. I've broken both my ankles, both times dogs were part of the equation. If I'd had those shoes on I probably would have broken more bones.

I’m also 9.5, but my foot is narrow. I have the loved denim Margot heels and some black ones. They are super comfortable and true to size. I wear 9.5 in heels I buy from Target and a 9 in New Balance tennis shoes, and a 9 in Adidas Sambas, but a 9.5 in Brooks. I hope this helps!

Negative experience with comfort and non-functional buckle
Fine at first, wore them out to the mall, they rubbed the skin off my pinky toe. Fortunately I had a bandaid to protect my foot from the shoe. That was the end of them for me. Oh. And no, the buckle is not functional

Normally, they won't restock once sold out. Sometimes if returns happen you'll see some pop back up but it's rare. However you may be able to find your size/color at a authorized seller of authentic Coach Retail (Amazon, Dillards, Macy's, Bloomingdales, Nordstroms etc) and those store most times offer sales
