Product Insights
Acne Studios' Oversized Leather Jacket is a minimalist biker silhouette in buttery-soft lambskin that weighs half as much as cowhide and molds to the wearer within a month. Priced at 3600 CAD, it offers an intentionally boxy, drop-shoulder fit (take normal EU size 34-42) with adjustable zip cuffs that can be worn loose for a stacked break or tightened for a gathered balloon effect. While it lacks a rugged patina and requires biannual conditioning plus professional cleaning every few years, its proven durability across six seasons and leather quality justify the cost as the most affordable luxury option. Designed by the Stockholm collective, it forgoes classic cinch points and embraces a modern, easy-wearing character.

Former employee recommends the shearling jacket for its unique shape and durability
Used to work for acne - this one has always been a company favorite (hence why they’ve remade it for around 6 seasons now). I personally love the shape and durability, it’s really quite a unique piece.

User defends Acne's quality, stating you pay for top materials and processing
you ain’t paying only for the label . This brands get the best type of leather , use the best kind of chemicals for processing the leather and let it sunk up for weeks . Just by touching the material you can distinguish the quality . I would still say you are paying 300€ for the name and 900€ for the quality . Still worth it .

User compares Acne leather jacket to Schott, suggesting Schott as a cheaper, classic alternative
For the leather jacket have you considered Schott? They're the original makers of this perfecto style and make an excellent quality jacket you could get for less than $1000. And in my opinion look better than this acne jacket, of course it depends on your taste.
