Flaw on front of sweater a line across the front. Returning via mail was a nightmare. Simons felt the need to charge 38% of the cost of the sweater for the return. Customer service was terrible. Will never shop here again with in store or online based on the return experience.

I bought this sweater for my 11 year old niece for Christmas. She has a black and tan dachshund who she loves, so I knew sheβd like it. She tore off the sweater she was wearing and put this one on immediately, and wore it the next day, too. It is a generous size so I probably should have sized down, but good luck to me getting it off of her to exchange it!
