Exactly what I was looking for.
The sweater arrived and although I didn’t take it out of the box, I trust that it’s in perfect shape. What impressed me so much was the care that went into wrapping it in such pretty paper, closed with a matching sticker and placed in one of your lovely boxes. It shows the care and pride your employees have in the presentations. I’ve only visited a Simons store once, when we visited Montreal, but the same care and respect your staff showed me was as evident as went into this parcel. I can’t wait to visit your new store in Toronto, much closer to us! Thank you for your caring staff!
