Sizing advice for Firebird track jacket
I'm about the same build as you - 5'10 and around that weight - and I usually go with a medium for most track jackets. The firebird tends to run a bit roomy in my experience so you might even be able to get away with a small if you want that fitted look, but medium should give you that classic relaxed fit without being too baggy I'd definitely check the size chart though since sizing can be weird between different releases. Also depends if you plan on layering anything underneath - if you're gonna throw a hoodie under it then definitely stick with medium or even large. The shoulders are usually the best indicator, if those fit right the rest usually works out
