Damaged upon arrival
This is the perfect size crossbody bag for me! It came with a pull on the seam so I had to return the item. Customer service has been excellent with the exchange process.

This is a great little bag for storing a few essentials when you don't want your purse flopping into everything. The dark red colour was more burgundy/maroon than I'd expected - I'm realizing that my computer screen must have difficulty accurately rendering reds and pinks
