Product Insights

KOMONO's Margot Angular Oval Sunglasses (125 CAD) offer a lightweight bioplastic frame from Bio Nylon G850 and polycarbonate lenses with built-in UV400 protection and Category 3 light filtration for intense sun. The narrow 15mm bridge sits high and stable on low or average nose bridges, and the impact-rated lenses meet FDA safety eyewear standards. A tradeoff: the frame may warp in extreme heat, and warranty excludes heat damage. Includes a 2-year warranty, cleaning cloth, and soft pouch at roughly a third of premium frame prices, though buyer durability feedback ranges from years-long use to comparisons below premium brands.

  • Durability and material of Komono sunglasses

Had a pair lasted me for like 6 years. Lenses were actually made of glass i believe and a metal frame

  • Review of Komono Clements sunglasses

I own Komono Clements. Been happy with them. 40 euros, better than market tier, but Ray-Bans blow them out of the water though. But, they're 40 euros. The lenses aren't rounded or anything, thus they really don't have 3D shape. 3/5 would not buy again since I'm going to invest in a better pair but I'd recommend them.
