Tabby 26 has poor space utilization
I have a Tabby 26 in burgundy and i absolutely love it. Tons of compliments. But no, I wouldn’t buy another. It really has the worst use of space I’ve ever seen in a bag.

Quilted Tabby holds up but not for daily use
I don’t recommend the quilted tabby for daily use. However, I’m surprised it’s actually held up quite well for a lambskin bag with heavy use. Chanel lambskin can’t even hold up to that much wear and tear.

Black hardware doesn't scratch significantly over time

Nappa leather requires rotation to avoid looking beat up
The quilted Tabby is nappa leather, which is very soft and supple, but also more delicate. If you're like me, and you carry a bag for a day or two then change to a different one, they are great. But if you're someone who loads up a bag then carries it for a year straight, or drags it across surfaces when picking it up and putting it down, etc, then it will look beat up sooner rather than later. I have delicate bags that I've had for years, and used many times, that still look brand new.
