Déçue par la qualité et la couleur
j'ai commandé le bleu ciel, j’ai reçu un tapis bleu asphalte/gris. le tapis en soi était très rugueux et inconfortable. par contre Simons était très professionnel dans le soutien au retour.

Après avoir consulté le service à la clientèle de Simons pour obtenir plus de détails concernant le produit (épaisseur), j’ai décidé d’aller de l’avant avec l’achat et je ne le regrette absolument pas. Livraison rapide, et rehausse vraiment le look du salon.

Unfortunately I love the colour and rug but there are so many existing pulls and it’s shedding sadly
