Cooling gel memory pillow
It is slightly bigger than normal queen size. It is not as cool as I wanted, but so far is the best of all the ones I have.

Hard to find king sized memory foam pillows. My husband has tried it and is really liking it. He’s a side and back sleeper, so likes a bit of thickness. It offers support while still being slightly soft. Would recommend.

Nice but not for me
Very nice pillow, good quality but very firm and not for me. Wanted to like this pillow because it is well made and liked that is has a cooling effect but after 1 hour I developed a headache. Had to return it, customer service was excellent, as always.

Perfect for back sleepers
I love this pillow! I’m a back sleeper and prefer a firmer pillow, like this one. It’s also great for when I sleep on my side. I wouldn’t recommend for a stomach sleeper. It’s longer than a regular pillow, which I prefer, but still fits in a queen-sized pillowcase. I strongly recommend!

The cooking feature is great, and it provides perfect support for a side sleeper. But the material is so slippery, the pillow cases are always sliding off.

Great pillow but weird smell
It’s the perfect firm pillow! Another review (in French) mentioned a weird smell and I have the same experience. It seems to be coming from the blue cooling side material and it’s quite off putting. Airing it out for a week or two helps a little bit.

Harsh chemical smell, unusable
The cheap polyester they used in this is full of Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs) that need to off-gas. However, even after 4 days in bright sunlight, covered in baking soda, the pillow still smells. Plus it turns a bright yellow. Simons used to have such high-quality items.

I love the firmness of the pillow but they are way too long. It is supposed to be queen size but in reality they are king size. Would not buy again

A bit firmer than what I would have liked however, I'm starting to get used to it. What bothers me more is that the pillow case doesn't stay put because the pillow's fabric is too slippery.

Firm and cool
The pillow is quite nice, I am quite happy with the purchase. The only reason I did not rate it a 5 is because the pillow has a fairly strong synthetic smell (I have my own pillow case protector and pillow case on it, and I can still smell it). It isn’t something that bothers me enough not to use it because the firmness and coolness of the pillow is just too good to pass up.
