I have the ponto long sleeve crewneck and love it. I have a small, and I’m 5’8, 140 pounds and it fits perfect. Not big not tight. I wear it with an undershirt underneath. If you want a looser fit, to wear like a more traditional oversized crew neck or sweatshirt - go medium. The biggest complain I hear is people saying it’s tight in the chest. So go by your chest size. To me it’s just right but if I had a broad or super buffed chest I may feel differently lol
