Ponto pants sizing and thinness: medium for 33 waist, lounge use
I'm a 33 in waist and wear medium for Vuori and across all brands. Keep in mind the difference with joggers vs pants is the 2" inseam difference and the pockets are zippered. I prefer the pant version as I don't really like the zippers. As Parsnip said, they're very thin and def more lounge than workout. I use my Sunday joggers the most, but I appreciate my Ponto clothing at home.

32 degrees sleep pants are near-identical to Ponto
I bought a pair of 32 degrees that you linked to see if you're full of it. I assumed you were full of it but at $10 it was worth a look. Wow. You're right. Even if there are differences as you say in your edit, the fabric is indistinguishable. The drawstring is the exact same drawstring as well, down to the striped pattern. There are a few very minor differences, like some metal buttons Vuori puts next to the pockets. But I'm shocked at how similar these are given the huge price difference.

Ponto fit is not relaxed but true size works
I never thought the Ponto was supposed to be considered a relaxed fit, though I haven't read the product description. I'm very happy with the fit of mine, wearing my actual size of medium. Don't care if it is coming back as the style or not, I don't want baggy bottoms.
