I just got my boyfriend a pair for his birthday. His feet aren't too much bigger than mine, so I totally tried them to see how they feel lol. The footbed is a bit different than the sandals. For example, there's no defined toe bar. It kind of feels like the balls of the feet are carved out. I would agree the arch support isn't quite as high as the sandals are to start. My BF absolutely loves his. Hasn't taken them off since he opened them.

Negative experience with original Naples and cautious optimism for wrapped
The "normal" Naples... I tried them, they were horrible on my feet. The quality was bad and the fit was weird as the inside cork sole was wrapped in the color of the shoe as well... now I saw that the new Naples Wrapped have the original normal unwrapped sole inside! I wonder if it changed now? Thinking about ordering them to try if they are better. I really like the looks of the Naples but the first version was just bad for me... my foot slipped out the whole time as well.

Tip on trying multiple pairs due to inconsistent sizing
I have 2 pairs of Naples Wrapped. Try on a different pair of the same size. I did this at my Birks store because one shoe in the pair felt off, like it was tighter than the other matched shoe. So when the salesperson brought another pair in the exact same size, both the left and right felt good. I think the first ones I tried on were defective. That might be what’s happening with the loose fit you’re experiencing.
