In my own opinion, I think these are probably real. The labels look clean and so does the stitched in logo. I’ve said in another comment but it can be quite hard to LC/QC old CP Company because they are constantly changing the lense and the stitching around it between products, as well as seasons.

Detailed review of CP Company Stretch Sateen Ergonomic Cargo Pants replica
Good-looking cargos. The ergonomic panel construction gives them the distinctive C.P. silhouette; slightly tapered, articulated at the knees and include the signature lens detail on the left leg pocket. Again, the Ivy Green colour is gorgeous, really versatile and wearable all year round. Stitching is neat throughout, and the seams are clean and reinforced where they should be.
