Product Insights
Tateossian's Big Ben Cuff Links marry horological heritage with mechanical function: each 19mm dial is an authentic slice of Big Ben—subtractive IV, spade hands, full minute track—while the identical pair doubles visual presence. UK-made since 1990 and twice-named Jewellery Brand of the Year, the solid stainless steel construction and swivel back keep the face flat and resist droop. The serviceable quartz movement, however, demands jeweler visits for battery changes every 1–2 years and is not water-resistant, requiring removal for hand washing. Reddit users note that Tateossian cufflinks can be found on eBay for around $60, but this model retails at $590—a premium for limited-edition London design and celebratory origin (Big Ben's first tick, May 31, 1859). The substantial 10–15g weight and polished finish resist tarnishing, though some find it 'large and blingy'; the swivel back ensures stability without rotation, making the identical faces a secure, functional accessory.

Positive long-term review of Tateossian cufflinks
Wearing some now and have for the last 6 months. Great quality as they are plated with some weird metal that looks like silver and doesn't tarnish or scratch. Very happy with them as they are a "good" brand without having a large price tage. I got some with 9 rainbow colored stones in silver for like $60 on eBay as they match everything so I wear them on 9 days out of 10....I like things you can wear without thought.
