Mixed feedback on Ralston jeans: good fit but inconsistent and overpriced
I own several pair and really like them as my go-to jeans, but I, too, never buy them at full price. I will say their fit is inconsistent (maybe depends on the material blend or something). I’ve had most of mine slightly tailored in various ways to get the fit just right.

Enthusiast warns of quality decline post-acquisition
Scotch soda jeans are excellent. I have close to 25 pairs. Ralston, Norman and Dean fit are the pairs I like the most. I get most of my pairs pre-owned on eBay - quality for the brand has gone down the toilet since Bluestar Alliance bought it out.
