Durability and warranty complaint
Splitting: The plastic body has split where there are creases, so you can see the lining inside. I think the newer manufactured bags are made with poorer quality material than before. ​ ​ It's a shame that Northface doesn't have a good warranty or repair service. I've contacted them but they have told me there's nothing they can do because it's outside the warranty period.

Comfort issue: shoulder pinch

Comfort comparison to Aer TP2
I’ve taken mine on a couple trips now. It feels similar to my Aer TP2 but the straps aren’t as comfortable. If the bag had load lifters I feel like it would be way more comfortable.

Osprey preference over TNF Voyager
