More capacity than I expected
I'm very happy with the three zippered pockets and the bonus pocket inside the main one. I also like that the main pocket has two zipper handles for ease of opening and includes a key chain.

I actually have the Fjallraven high coast I had had bought from a local Urban Outfitters for a bit less, I think it was $35 when I got it last year. I was also planning to wear this under my suit but I couldn't quite fit what I needed. I had hoped to fit a thin battery bank with my small Sony RX100VII camera but it was a tight fit.

Get the High Coast. I was choosing between both like you, but ultimately chose the High Coast due to it having a smarter design IMO, and it is also packable.

Tips to fix strap issues: cut tag, loop excess, adjust length
1. The tag is indeed long and can get in the way. Right now, I’ve got it tucked behind my face mask, which keeps it out of the way until I need my mask. You could also turn the bag inside out and cut it off. 2. You can loop the excess strap a few times under the strap keeper loop. This forum post shows a few methods: https://forums.tombihn.com/forum/tom-bihn-forums/accessories-organization-strategies/15648-ultimate-strap-keepers-method. 3. I haven’t had that problem. Maybe you have the strap set too short that it gets pulled closer to your neck as your body moves? You could try lengthening the strap to see if that helps.

Cross-shopping: almost chose High Coast hip pack but went with Hyperlite Versa
I’m not sure how big you want it to be, but I ended up going with the hyperlite Versa. It’s a little smaller at 2.5L, but it’s the perfect size for holding the things you mentioned, plus, since it’s made out of dyneema, it’s light as a feather. I almost went with the high coast hip pack but when I saw this one it was a no brainer.
